Our wedding ceremony, and reception will be held at the Ktima Orizontes in the area of Koropi in Athens. See directions below.

Hi everyone!
We’ve made a little change of plans — no welcome drinks the night before the wedding. With all the excitement (and a few last-minute bits to sort!), we’re taking the evening to rest up before the big day.
We hope you’ll use the evening to relax, explore the area, or catch up with friends and family — and get ready for an unforgettable celebration the next day!

Wedding Ceremony
Location: Ktima Orizontes
Arrival at the venue at 17:30. The Ceremony will start at 18:00 so please arrive at the venue and take your seat for the ceremony

Cocktail Hour

Enjoy some cocktails and appetisers while we are taking photos!

Coach Pick Up
There will be 2 coaches running. The first coach will leave at 01:00am and the last coach at 04:00. Every hour in between, there will be a mini van. The drop off location is Dolce Hotel.

Coach Pick Up - 4:30PM
For those that have requested transport, please be outside the main entrance for Dolce Hotel at 4:30pm. The coach will leave at 5:00pm sharp!

All guests to have arrived by 5:30PM. Our only ask is that everyone arrives on time to honour the flow of our wedding. Gates will close at 5:55PM.
27-08-2025Ceremony Starts at 6:00PM
Our official ceremony and wedding starts at 6pm. Please note that if you are not seated by 5:55PM, the gates will be shut until after the bride's entrance.

When do we need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP via the invite you have received which will specify a date. You can also RSVP to our welcome reception and submit any dietary requirements you may have under the RSVP section of your individual invite.

Are children allowed?
We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We kindly ask that you make arrangements to be child-free.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to venue capacity and planning, plus-ones are only allowed if specified on your invitation. If your invite includes a guest’s name or "and guest," you are welcome to bring them. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo and celebrate with us!

What's the weather going to be like in August?
Athens in August is typically hot and sunny, with temperatures averaging between 25°C-35°C. It’s best to dress in light, breathable fabrics and stay hydrated. Evenings can be warm but pleasant. Don’t forget your sunscreen!
Will transportation be provided?
Yes! We will look into providing transportation for our guests.
Shuttle services will be available to and from the venue. The coach will leave Dolce Hotel at 5PM sharp to arrive at the venue for 5:30PM.
There will be 2 coach trips available. The first coach that will leave the venue will be 01:00 and the last coach at 04:00. In between those hours, there will be a mini van going every hour on the hour.
Taxis, Uber, and public transportation are readily available. We suggest you download the app 'FREENOW' which is widely used for taxis in Greece. Alternatively, if you'd like to drive there, there is a free car park.

Semi-Formal – Dress to impress while keeping in mind the summer heat! Lightweight, breathable fabrics are recommended. Men can wear dress pants with a button-down shirt or a lightweight suit, and women can opt for a cocktail dress, jumpsuit, or an elegant yet airy ensemble.
